Application Process

APPLICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE DURING GMHA'S BUSINESS HOURS

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Thoroughly complete the application and return it to:

Greene Metropolitan Housing Authority
538 North Detroit Street
Xenia OH 45385

With your application, please include the following:

  • Copies of Social Security cards for all family members
  • Copies of Birth Certificates for all family members
  • Picture ID for all family members age 18 or older

Once you have:

  • Fully completed and returned the application to GMHA with proper back-up information
  • Established that you are within the income limits
  • GMHA has received two acceptable landlord/professional references (for the Low Rent Program)

You will be notified in writing that you have been placed on the waiting list.

You are eligible for GMHA housing if your total gross income does not exceed:
