Maintenance Technician I- Janitorial
Greene Metropolitan Housing Authority is accepting applications for full-time Maintenance Technician I- Janitorial.
Primary focus on cleaning all GMHA owned properties including the main office. This will include all community rooms, entryways, hallways, elevators and vacant properties. Standard: This is an entry level position to assist maintenance staff in all areas of unit turnover, site cleanup and ground maintenance, delivery of any needed supplies and or equipment and assist maintenance mechanic 1 or 2 in repair of GMHA properties. Keep shop and storage areas clean and organized.
Minimum qualifications: High school diploma, valid OH driver’s license, ability to lift 80 pounds, climb ladder, and work at rooftop heights. Truck and tools furnished. Salary depending on education and experience. Excellent benefits. Equal opportunity employer.

Maintenance Technician II
Greene Metropolitan Housing Authority is accepting applications for full-time Maintenance Technician II.
Prefer at least four years home construction/maintenance experience in: HVAC installation and servicing, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall. Must also have skills in operating lawn and snow removal equipment. Experience with whole-house inspections a plus.
