The GMHA Development Manager is responsible for:
- Administration of all Capital Fund activities and contracts.
- Management of all new construction.
- Rehabilitation work for GMHA.
- Supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.
Serving as Contract Administrator, the Development Manager surveys and inspects properties to determine maintenance requirements.
After developing specifications, bid contracts are solicited in accordance with HUD, State, and GMHA Procurement Policies. All contract work is inspected to ensure that specifications and financial objectives are met.
